Please read the following BEFORE reserving a Garden Greeting!
Rental Policy
1. Payment information is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
2. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event booking date. You must speak to someone directly at Garden Greetings, a voice mail or e-mail is not sufficient.
3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the Garden Greeting display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of anyone leaning, sitting or playing on them.
4. While we encourage you to pose next to the display for photographs, please do not pull the signs from the ground.
5. If a display needs to be moved or taken down early, please Contact Us and we will make all attempts to accommodate your request.
6. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused by lawnmowers, dogs or flying debris from trimmers.
7. Missing or damaged Garden Greeting items will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.
8. It is the responsibility of the person ordering a Garden Greeting to ensure that there is an appropriate area on the recipient's property for us to set up the display.
9. All of our Signs & Kritters are copyrighted and 100% original and exclusive to Garden Greetings. Copying in any way will result in legal action.
10. Garden Greetings runs an ethical, morally sound Company and will not fill orders that are mean spirited or in bad taste.
Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if:
1. Rental is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to delivery. You must speak directly to someone at Garden Greetings, a voice mail or e-mail is not sufficient;
2. Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up the display.
You will not receive a refund if:
1. The homeowner stops us from setting up the display;
2. The homeowner calls us requesting that the display be removed;
3. We are given less than 48 hours notice to cancel the order;
4. We are given the wrong address;
5. The homeowner has a dog or other agitated animal loose on the property that will not let us set up our display safely;
6. The personalization information that was given is incorrect. If we have made an error, please call us and we will be happy to correct it;
7. If there is not an appropriate area to set up the display;
8. There are circumstances that prevent us from setting up that are out of our control.
